Connected to public transport
Let someone else take care of the driving – you have a number of public transport options from your residence at Wangi Shores. Morisset and Awaba train stations are a short drive, linking you with Sydney and Newcastle. There are also local buses to take you to Toronto, Warners Bay, Charlestown and Newcastle.
As part of our retirement community, you have access to a village bus that takes residents on weekly trips to Toronto, fortnightly and monthly trips to Glendale Shopping Centre and Westfield Tuggerah, as well as regular day trips to destinations including the Hunter Valley and the Central Coast. Taxis are always available and, if you are taking a trip, Newcastle Airport is a 50-minute drive away.
